CAOC Upgrade window and platform availability
The CAOC platform will be unavailable from 10th to 16th August while we move your training to Klayo.
Key dates
- The CAOC (caoc.learnupon.com) platform will be unavailable from 10 to 16 August, inclusive.
- Klayo goes live on 17 August with all your training.
What's unavailable during this window
- Logging in and accessing your courses.
- Reporting and learner management for Training and Learning Managers.
What to do before 10 August 2026
CAOC learners
- Complete any course currently in progress. Any in-progress course will be reset once training moves to Klayo.
CAOC Training and Learning Managers
- Pull any reports or learner records you need before 13 August or wait until Klayo goes live on 17 August.
What happens after 17 August 2026
Klayo opens at klayo.com and your CAOC training is now available on the Klayo portal. Activate your account and log in to resume your training.
