Upgrade window and platform availability
Your ACI OLC or CAOC platform will be unavailable from 13th to 16th August while we move your training to Klayo.
Key dates
- The ACI OLC (olc.learnupon.com) and CAOC (caoc.learnupon.com) platforms will be unavailable from 13th to 16th August, inclusive.
- Klayo goes live on 17th August.
What's unavailable during this window
- Logging in and accessing your courses.
- Reporting and learner management for Training and Learning Managers.
What to do before 13th August
OLC users
- If you have training due between 13th and 16th August, complete it beforehand.
- No further action is needed, your training and progress will be saved and carry across to Klayo.
CAOC users
- Complete any course currently in progress. Any in-progress course will be reset once training moves to Klayo.
Training and Learning Managers
- Pull any reports or learner records you need before 13th August or wait until Klayo goes live on the 17th.
What happens after 17th August
Klayo opens at klayo.com. Activate your account and log in to resume your training.
