Set up your account - OLC and CAOC users

If you are an existing OLC or CAOC user, here is how to set up your new Klayo account and access your existing training.

Before you start

You will need access to the email address linked to your ACI OLC training. If you have trouble accessing it, contact enrolments@olc.aero.

  1. Access the sign-up page
    1. Go to klayo.com and select Klayo Login in the top right-hand corner
    2. Select the Get Started link in the Klayo invite or training enrolment notification email
    3. Select the Sign up link at the bottom of the left panel.

  2. On the sign-up page, confirm your Email.
    This should be the address registered to your OLC account.
  3. Set a Password.
    It must be at least 8 characters and include at least three of: a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a digit, and a symbol.
  4. Select Join Klayo.

    If you already have a Klayo account, select Log in instead.
