Activate your Klayo account

If you are an existing OLC or CAOC user, here is how to activate your Klayo account and access your existing training.

Before you start

You will need access to the email address linked to your ACI OLC training. If you have trouble accessing it, contact enrolments@olc.aero.

  1. Access the sign-up page via one of the following options:
    1. Go to klayo.com and click Klayo Login in the top right-hand corner
    2. Select the Get Started link in your Klayo invite email or in any training enrolment notification email.
  2. On the sign-up page, confirm your Email.
    This should be the address registered to your OLC account.
  3. Create a new Password
  4. Click Join Klayo
  5. Verify your contact details:
    • Email:
      • Check your inbox for a verification code
      • Enter the code or select send a new code if needed,
      • Eelect Verify code.
    • Phone:
      • Select your Country,
      • Enter your Phone number (without including the country code),
      • Select Send code (or Call me).
      • Enter the code you receive,
      • Select Verify code.
