Before you start
Both your current role and your career goal need to be purchased before My Klayo can build your personalised pathway.
Once your current role and career goal are set, use Career Planning to get a personalized route between them.
- Select Plan your career path (from Skills Passport) or Where do you want to go next? (from Careers).
- Review your Current role and Target role.
- If you haven't already, select Purchase Careers to unlock full Career Planning.
Purchase a career
- From the pricing page, select the Careers tab.
- Search or filter by level, then select Add to cart on each career you need.
- Review Your selection and the total, then select Continue to checkout.
- Complete your Billing information and select Continue.
- Choose a payment method: Pay by Credit Card (instant activation, monthly billing), Request Invoice (annual billing, bank transfer), or Request Quote (annual billing, enterprise procurement).
When you purchase both careers, you'll get:
- Personalized learning pathways based on your skills gaps
- A step-by-step roadmap from your current role to your career goal
- Timeline estimations and milestone tracking
- Recommended courses and certifications to fast-track your progress
- Skills Passport history and career progression insights
