Use the left hand menu to navigate between the different sections. Please note that some of these sections will only be available to specific permission levels.
### **** My Klayo
- This section is available to both free and paid seats.
- Access **Online Training**, **Career Explorer** and the **Skills Passport**.

### My profile
- This is your homepage, it contains the following tabs.
#### **My Job**
- Your job description
- Overview of your competencies against competencies required by your job
- List of your job competencies and tasks
#### **My Competencies**
- View your competencies
- Request for competencies to be added to your profile
- Please note that this is different from your **Skills Passport**
#### **My Gaps**
- View gaps between your competencies and your job
- Request updates to competencies with gaps
#### **My Training**
- View your approved training
- Request training validation
- Please note that this is different from **Online Training** which sits within **My Klayo**
#### **Job Matching**
- Requires a Klayo Intelligence seat
- Benchmark your competencies against industry-standards jobs.
### My team
- Requires Team Lead permissions.
#### **People**
- Overview of your team
- Overview of your team competencies against their jobs' requirements
- Access the profiles of your team members
#### **Regulations**
- View the **Regulations** applicable to your team and the competencies associated to them
- View which team members the **Regulations** apply to and whether they meet the associated requirements.
#### **Tasks**
- View a list of **Tasks** applicable to your team and the competencies associated to them
- View which team members the **Tasks** apply to and whether they meet the associated requirements.
#### **Competencies**
- View a list of **Competencies** applicable to your team
- View which team members the **Competencies** apply to and whether they have them.
#### **Training**
- View a list of **Training** applicable to your team and the competencies associated.
- View which team members the **Training** apply to and whether they have completed it.
### My Company
- View the org chart for your company
- Access the profile of your team members (when applicable)
### My Groups
- Requires specific permissions.
- Access the same **People**, **Regulations**, **Tasks**, **Competencies**, and **Training** section as in **My team** but at the group level.
### Practicals
- Requires a Training Plus seat and specific permissions
- Create and manage practical assessments
### My Requests
- View and manage incoming training and competencies requests.
