# Download your certificate

## Get a copy of your certificate once you've completed a course.

### Before you start

You can download a certificate once you've completed and passed the course. If you haven't finished it yet, see [Access and complete your training](https://help.klayo.com/access-and-complete-your-training).

### Open your certificate

1. On the **My Courses** tab, find the completed course.
2. Select **View Certificate**. Your certificate opens as a PDF in a new browser tab.

Your certificates are also always available in your **Skills Passport**, so you can get to them any time without going back to the course. 

 

### Save or print your certificate

Your certificate opens in your browser's PDF viewer, so you save and print it using your browser's own controls:

- To save a copy, select the download icon in the PDF viewer, usually near the top of the tab.
- To print, right-click the certificate and select **Print**. To keep a PDF copy instead, choose "Save as PDF" as the destination in the print dialog.
