# Choose which seats to manage (self-serve)

## Select the desired seats for your employees

### Before you start

You'll need Admin permissions at an organization that has a subscription to **Workforce Intelligence**.

---

### Access employees settings

Manage your employees at your organization

- Log into **Klayo** as a user with **Admin** permissions
- On the left side menu, select **Manage** to expand the options
- Select **Employees**

 

### View employee information

View your employees current and total full access seats for your organization

- View current and total number of full access seats available on your organization's current subscription at the top right
- View an employee's current seat in the access level column

 

### Select Seat

Manage your employees access level

- Select the **three dots** on the right of a limited access employee
- Select **Upgrade to Full access** to upgrade their seat
- Select the **three dots** on the right of a full access employee
- Select **Downgrade to Limited** to upgrade their seat
